This Privacy Policy explains how DeliveryXpres (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use deliveryxpres.com, track a shipment, receive shipment notifications or contact us.

- Shipment information provided when a shipment is booked, such as sender and receiver names, contact details, addresses and parcel details. This is used to deliver the shipment and to send status notifications.
- Tracking numbers you enter on our website to look up a shipment.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email, including your name, email address, tracking number and message.
- Technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the website secure and working (for example, to limit automated tracking requests).
What the public tracking page shows
Anyone who has a tracking number can view that shipment’s status, tracking history, origin, destination and last known location. We do not show names, phone numbers, email addresses or full street addresses on the public tracking page. Please keep your tracking number private if you do not want others to follow your shipment.
How we use information
- To process, deliver and track shipments.
- To email shipment status updates to the email address provided for a shipment.

Shipment notification emails
If an email address was provided for a shipment, we send an email when the shipment’s status changes. Every notification email contains a link to stop further emails for that shipment.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver shipments (including with delivery partners where a shipment is handed over), with service providers that host our website and email, or where required by law.
