Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about shipping with DeliveryXpres and tracking your package.
Enter your tracking number in the tracking box on our homepage or on the Track Shipment page, then select Track Package. You'll see the current status, the tracking timeline and the package details that are available for your shipment.
Your tracking number is provided when your shipment is booked — for example on your receipt, shipping confirmation or the email you received. If you can't find it, ask the sender or contact our support team.
Check that you've entered the complete number and haven't mixed up similar characters, such as the letter O and the number 0. A newly booked shipment may take a short time to appear. If the number still isn't found, please contact support and include the number you were given.
Tracking is updated whenever a new event is recorded for your shipment, such as a pick-up, an arrival at a facility or a delivery. The tracking page always shows the latest recorded information and the time it was last updated. Locations are based on these recorded events, not live GPS.
"In Transit" means your package has left its starting point and is moving through our delivery network towards its destination. It may pass through one or more facilities on the way.
"Out for Delivery" means your package is with the delivery team and is expected to be delivered that day. The exact time depends on the delivery route.
Delays can happen for several reasons, such as weather, high parcel volumes, an incomplete address or other circumstances. The tracking page will update as soon as your shipment moves again. If you're concerned, contact our support team with your tracking number.
If an email address was provided for your shipment when it was booked, we'll email you when its status changes — for example when it's picked up, out for delivery or delivered. Each email includes a link to stop emails for that shipment. You can also check the tracking page at any time.
First check the delivery location shown in the tracking history, and check around your property, with neighbours, household members or your building's reception. If you still can't find it, contact our support team as soon as possible and include your tracking number.
